Hemingway tries to cheer the journalist and producer who would die four months later. Hellinger produced Hemingway's "The killers", which was released in 1946. Hemingway closes with sincere concern for Hellinger "Take care of yourself kid. Really. I was truly worried about you you and I hope you will take care. Dying is the one thing we can't remedy and true ... I bett like hell you couldn't come down but know what you must have been up against in N.Y. Overwork (and I've taken pleasure in it too in my time) is just as bad as a lousy out like a handful of secos. Your pal Ernie."
